Happy New Year

Hello! Happy New Year. We had a great Christmas. The North Pole theme at my sister's was a blast. We were all dressed in elf attire. Her house was FILLED with toys and decorations, just like at the North Pole in Santa's workshop. The kids were wild and overwhelmed all at the same time.

On Christmas Eve Ben grabbed a blanket and sat down in front of the fireplace -- he said he was waiting for Santa to come down. It was so cute!

Christmas day was adorable. The kids were so excited that Santa had stopped by. They received a kitchen and books and paints and pjs.

Christmas dinner at Mom Plante's house was a lot of fun. For the first time in many years EVERYONE was together! All the children, and grand kids. We took lots of photos.

Just before the break, Ben had a Christmas program at pre-school. They sang songs and did little finger puppet shows. Ben did not sing -- he sat quietly the whole time. Maggie was in the audience singing, though.

And after a lot of time off from work, Mike headed back today. It was nice to have him home, but I really look forward to getting back on track.

B-Bye.
