Today begins the 28 days of ultimate frugal living. In the past we go the whole month without spending money except on necessities. This will be our third year of participating in Frugal February.
True to the title of my blog, I have a confession. Frugal February will be filled with cheating. I have new rules, loop-holes and freebies. But, is it really considered cheating if I make the rules?
